Returns Accepted Within 14 days 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


 Shipping within the USA only. 

 

Any damaged items must be reported within three days of receiving package.
A photo of the damaged item, a photo of the box and a contact telephone number, must be presented to us in order for us to file a claim on your behalf, the photos must be sent to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Important, You must save the box and all packing materials until your claim is settled. Damaged items may be required to be shipped back to us in order for us to ship a new item, we will determine if there is a need to return the item, at our expense. Occasionally the USPS may want the damaged item, the box and ALL the packaging material to be taken to a post office for verification of the damage.
